RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

TNM Lifestyle offers digital products, coaching services, and subscription-based programs. Because these products and services are delivered digitally, no physical returns are accepted.
1. No Returns
All products and services offered by TNM Lifestyle are digital in nature. As a result, we do not accept returns of any kind.
2. Refunds
All sales are final. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3. TNM Core System
The TNM Core System | Train, Eat & Track — All in One App is offered on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
To avoid your next renewal charge, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date.
If your cancellation request is submitted fewer than 7 days before your next billing date, your next scheduled charge may still be processed. In that case, the processed charge will be non-refundable, and your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
4. TNM Coaching Program
The TNM Coaching Program | Personalized Fitness Coaching may be offered either with a 7-day risk-free trial or as an immediately paid subscription, depending on the offer presented at checkout.
If a 7-day risk-free trial is offered, you will not be charged when the trial begins. To avoid your first subscription charge, you must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial.
If the trial ends without cancellation, your paid subscription will begin automatically.
If the TNM Coaching Program | Personalized Fitness Coaching is offered without a trial, billing will begin immediately at checkout.
Once a paid coaching subscription is active, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date in order to avoid your next renewal charge.
If your cancellation request is submitted fewer than 7 days before your next billing date, your next scheduled charge may still be processed. In that case, the processed charge will be non-refundable, and your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
5. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals only, subject to the notice requirements set out above. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any charge that has already been processed.
