PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain products and services available through TNM Lifestyle LLC may be offered on a subscription or recurring billing basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Recurring Billing Authorization
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize TNM Lifestyle LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription price, billing frequency, promotional offer, and terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Your payment information may be stored and used for applicable recurring charges unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless and until cancelled in accordance with this policy.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

TNM Core System
The TNM Core System is a recurring subscription and renews automatically unless cancelled.
If offered as a promotional subscription, the first billing period may be charged at a discounted introductory rate, followed by the regular recurring monthly subscription price disclosed at checkout.
To avoid your next scheduled renewal charge, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 7 days before the next billing date may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

TNM Coaching Program
The TNM Coaching Program is a recurring subscription and renews automatically unless cancelled.
The current TNM Coaching offer is:
$99 for the first month
Then $199.99 per month starting the following billing cycle
By purchasing TNM Coaching, you authorize TNM Lifestyle LLC to charge your selected payment method for the initial payment and for recurring monthly subscription payments until your subscription is cancelled.
TNM Coaching may occasionally be offered with a trial, promotional period, discounted first month, or other offer. Any such offer will be disclosed at checkout.
If a free or risk-free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If the trial ends without cancellation, your paid subscription will begin automatically and continue to renew unless cancelled.
If TNM Coaching is offered without a trial, billing begins immediately at checkout.
Once a paid coaching subscription is active, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid your next scheduled renewal charge.

How to Cancel
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, if available, or by contacting us at:
Your cancellation request should include the email address associated with your purchase so we can locate your subscription.

Charges Processed Before Cancellation
Charges processed before the effective date of cancellation are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where TNM Lifestyle LLC determines that a billing error occurred.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing. It does not create a refund for payments that have already been processed.

Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, we may retry the payment, request updated billing information, suspend access, cancel your subscription, or take other action to collect amounts owed.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Missed Calls or Unused Services
Failure to use the subscription, missed onboarding calls, missed check-ins, unused app access, lack of participation, or failure to follow the program does not cancel your subscription and does not make prior charges refundable.
You must cancel in accordance with this policy if you do not wish to continue being billed.

Changes to Subscription Offerings
TNM Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate subscription offerings, pricing, promotions, program features, billing terms, or services at any time, subject to applicable law.
Changes will not affect charges already processed, unless otherwise required by law.
